Our Services
Telephone survey
We use our CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) studio to collect data, in which our operators call selected respondents. The interview is handled by a standardized questionnaire, which ensures adequate filtering of questions and correct completion of answers, minimization of errors. We also have CAPRI - Computer-Aided via Phone Recruited Interview, which has more efficiency than just telephone interviewing.
Online survey
A very popular method of collecting data is through an online questionnaire (often also referred to as CAWI - Computer Assisted Web Interviewing). The respondents who will be selected according to your requirements will be sent a link to a website with the questionnaire and a unique access key. We have our own CAWI panel.
Field survey
We have our own interviewers’ network at our disposal, within which 540 interviewers currently work with us throughout the Czech Republic. We are continuously expanding the interviewer’s network with new co-workers. Our interviewers collect data often on the basis of quota selection, but they can also do an address collection. Data collection takes place not only in the form of paper questionnaires (with subsequent conversion of data into electronic form) but also in the form of so-called CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) collection (answers are recorded directly on a laptop).
In-depth interviewing
IDI or In-depth interviewing is a form of qualitative research that takes place in the form of an individual interview. An experienced moderator conducts an interview with the respondent according to a pre-prepared scenario in a pleasant, relaxed, and open atmosphere.
The aim is to find out as many details as possible about the respondent's life, his experience, opinions, attitudes, motives, and evaluation. It is used especially when the target group is narrowly professionally oriented (doctors, IT specialists, etc.) or busy with work (top managers) if it is a sensitive topic, or when it is assumed that the dynamics of the discussion group would be counterproductive. The number of in-depth interviews depends on the research needs, usually done with 8 - 32 respondents.
Interviews are recorded (with the respondent's consent, of course) and one of the outputs can be literal transcripts.
STEPHI
STEPHI is an in-depth phone interview. When using the STEPHI method, the classic in-depth interview takes place only by telephone and thus minimizes time and costs. On the other hand, we will lose the opportunity to monitor the non-verbal reactions of the respondent.
Focus Groups
Focus Groups are a popular and often used qualitative method. Carefully selected respondents from the target group participate in a joint interview, which is led by an experienced moderator and lasts about 1.5 - 2 hours.
The advantage of this method is the interaction between the group participants in a real situation. The group usually consists of 6 - 10 people, depending on the nature of the discussion. During the interview, projective techniques are often used to allow participants to express themselves as much as possible.
Mystery Projects
Mystery Projects are a frequently used tool to improve customer service. A trained professional in the role of a fictitious customer checks the attitude and actions of the staff according to a pre-prepared scenario. Because the subject does not know at the moment that he/she is being tested, his/her behavior and actions are not distorted.
User Experience Research
User experience (UX) testing analyzes all aspects of the user experience with the examined object (most often websites, applications, etc.). In the case of a qualitative approach, the test person is subjected to an in-depth interview during (or after the end of testing), during which (according to the prepared scenario) respondent describes their own experience with the tested product.
Quantitative testing, on the other hand, uses respondents significantly more. After working with the researched product, they are interviewed in the form of a standardized questionnaire. The obtained data are then analyzed.
